TieCV provides a resume hosting platform that allows users to upload a PDF resume and share it via a personal subdomain (e.g., yourname.tiecv.com). The service includes:
TieCV is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but existing free features will remain accessible to current users with reasonable notice of any changes.
To use TieCV, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
Each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is not permitted.
You agree to use TieCV only for lawful purposes. You must not upload or share content that:
TieCV is intended solely for hosting personal professional resumes. Use of the platform for any other purpose — including commercial advertising or spam — is not permitted.
You retain full ownership of the resume PDF and any other content you upload to TieCV. By uploading content, you grant TieCV a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, host, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and share any content you submit, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
You can delete your content at any time from your dashboard. Upon deletion, your file is permanently removed from our storage within a reasonable timeframe.
Your chosen username becomes part of your public URL (username.tiecv.com). You agree that:
We strive to keep TieCV available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible. We will not be liable for any interruption or discontinuation of the service.
To delete your account, email us at hello@tiecv.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". Accounts cannot be self-deleted. Upon confirmed deletion, your resume file and all personal data will be permanently removed within 24 hours.
TieCV reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or permanently delete any user account, subdomain, or resume page at any time and without prior notice or warning, at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to violations of these terms, abuse of the platform, or inactivity.
TieCV is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
You use TieCV at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss of data, missed opportunities, or other consequences arising from use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TieCV and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of TieCV shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for free accounts, is zero).
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
