We do not collect payment information. TieCV is free to use and we do not process any financial transactions directly.

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed database platform with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Your resume PDF is stored using Cloudflare R2, a secure object storage service.
We use HTTPS across all pages to protect data in transit. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using SHA-256 before being saved.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
You have full control over who can see your resume. TieCV offers three visibility settings:
You can change your visibility setting at any time from your dashboard. Deleting your resume from the dashboard permanently removes the file from our storage.

TieCV uses minimal cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any analytics services that set cookies.
Authentication sessions are managed by Supabase and stored in your browser's local storage. You can clear these at any time by signing out or clearing your browser data.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Account deletion is handled by our team. To delete your account, email us at hello@tiecv.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 24 hours of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Please note that TieCV reserves the right to delete or terminate any user account, subdomain, or resume page at any time without prior notice or warning, at our sole discretion.
TieCV is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of TieCV after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
